We Barbeque on site using a traditional charcoal fired equipment offering the most wonderful aromas and tastes of the summer BBQ not to mention a relaxed barbecue atmosphere knowing your food isn't getting burn't at the grill leaving you free to entertain your guests.

What You Get

Included in a barbeque you get, a chef, a chef's assistant (as required), equipment, high quality disposable plates & cutlery, cups, papper napkins and condiments.
All food is served to a buffet table for your guest to help them selves.
We do not clear tables or collect rubish but we will provide bags for you and your guests to use and will despose of them for you.
If you reqiure staff to clear tables and served drink ect this service is available.

We spit roast whole Free Range Pigs on site using a traditional wood fired spit roaster equipment. A pig roast is a great way to feed a large party of people ideal for weddings, birthdays, group holiday parties. The hog roast is an impressive site when cooking, golden brown and covered in crackling giving visual impact coupled with delicious aromas and atmosphere.

Cost 30 - 50 people €750

Spit roast whole pig, 2 items from the Salad Menu, fresh bread, apple sauce and stuffing balls.

Cost 60 - 100 people €850

Salad Menu

Authentic Greek Salad: Comprising of Olives, Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Green Peppers and seasoned with Herbs.

 

Seasonal Undressed Salad: Comprising of a selection of Continental Lettuces, Baby Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumber.

 

Celeriac Coleslaw Salad: Coarsely grated fresh celeriac, chopped parsley, bound in dijion mustard and mayonnaise.

 

Potato Salad: Chunky potato pieces, diced onion bound in mayonnaise.

 

Oriental Rice Salad: A rice salad with crunchy peanuts, celery, red and green peppers and sultanas bound in a mild curried mayonnaise.

 

Italian Pasta Salad: A colourful salad of pasta shells, red and green peppers, sweet corn and chopped black olives coated in a tomato, garlic and herb dressing.

 

American Waldorf Salad: Juicy apples, crisp diced celery, shredded cabbage and sultanas with walnut pieces bound in mayonnaise.
