We offer two basic menus the Bare Bones  and the Hog Roast Meal or if you like you can make up your own menu from our selection of side salads, **all menus include a selection of condiment,s fresh bread quality disposable plates, cutlery, napkins at No Extra Cost, If you require China Plates & Stainless Steel Cutlery, Table staff to help clear tables and top up drinks, Music, Lighting or a staffed bar please view our Catering Upgrade Options and Equipment Hire sections

  • Spit Roast whole pig: Cooked at your premises
  • Seasonal Undressed Salad: Comprising of a selection of Continental Lettuces, Baby Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumber.
  • Celeriac Coleslaw Salad: Coarsely grated fresh celeriac, chopped parsley, bound in Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
  • Potato Salad: Chunky potato pieces bound in mayonnaise and whole grain mustard.
  • Green Pesto Pasta Salad: Penne rigate pasta, cherry tomato's and garden peas bound in a basil, olive, pine nut and parmesan pesto
  • Mexican Spicy Bean Salad: A delicious mixture of beans and spices that adds a zing to meals

This Menu Includes:

  • A courteous, discreet chef, chef's assistant (as required) delivering a friendly service.
  • The provision of a pig / meat for your specified number of guests
  • The hire of our equipment
  • Serving table with table cloth
  • Serving bowls and utensils
  • Quality disposable plates, cutlery, napkins
  • The provision of bread, and condiments to accompany your hog roast.
  • The supervision by our staff of the cooking of the pig.
  • The provision of a chef to deliver and serve the meat
  • A serving time of around 2 hours suits most parties but with prior arrangement,serving time can be extended

Side Salad Options

  • Seasonal Undressed Salad: Comprising of a selection of Continental Lettuces, Baby Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumber.
  • Authentic Greek Salad: Comprising of Olives, Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Green Peppers and seasoned with Herbs.
  • American Waldorf Salad: Juicy apples, crisp diced celery, shredded cabbage and sultanas with walnut pieces bound in mayonnaise.
  • Tomato & Onion Salad: Sliced Tomato and onion  with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.
  • Celeriac Coleslaw Salad: Coarsely grated fresh celeriac, chopped parsley, bound in Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
  • Potato Salad: Chunky potato pieces bound in mayonnaise and whole grain mustard.

  • Pesto alla siciliana: Penne rigate pasta, chopped smokey bacon, bound in a sun dried tomato, basil, olive, pine nut and parmesan pesto

  • Mediterranean couscous salad: Couscous with roast Mediterranean vegetables
  • Vegetable Ratatouille: Vegetable ratatouille and rice
