We Use a traditional open wood fired spit roast and charcoal fired Barbeque system offering the most wonderful aromas and smoky tastes We barbecue or spit roast on site we also supply all the salads, plates, cutlery we bring all the necessary equipment to cook and serve your meal allowing you minimal organization and complete peace of mind All you have to do is show up, soak up the barbeque atmosphere and relax!
